The Royal Melbourne show is the biggest show in Melbourne. They have the lot. Rides, food, drinks, show bags, animals, shows, entertainment and music. Plus lot’s of people. I have to say there were over 200 people.
There were so many shows. There were pigs and dog show as well as a petting farm and horse shows. I really enjoyed watching these. The dogs were very entertaining as they jumped into hoops and ran ability courses. I loved the dog competition, which one looks the best, and my favourite dog won. The horses were fantastic but one of them was mucking up and the rider and her horse had to go out of the competition.
I could not believe how many show bags there were! There were all kinds and they didn’t just have lollies. There were Cadbury and Allen’s show bags and also Supre ones! I have never been to the Royal Show before so this was a great experience. I didn’t go on any of the rides but they looked like a lot of fun.
The show did go for a whole week so if you did miss the first day you could go on the weekend sometime.
