Event Review: Youth Carnival (July 2009)

On Friday 10 July a Youth Carnival was held at St Andrews Primary School. The event included a range of activities including a challenging eight meter rock-climbing wall, two skate/BMX courses with instructors to help you improve your skateboarding skills and a huge jumping castle for the young and the young at heart. There was even a competition to win a new IPod nano-chromatic! Many people turned up and the carnival was a smash hit! Everyone from the ages of 10-25 was there and all ages had heaps of fun! The event was funded by The Beachcomber, Bridge Builders: Youth Organisation, Mornington Peninsula Shire, YMCA and the Nillumbik Shire. In conclusion I think that it was a great day and was heaps of fun.
