Nillumbik Youth Services in collaboration with the YMCA run the Youth carnival for school holidays. Past events have included a skate and BMX street course, skate clinics, Sumo suits, The Beachcomber bus from Mornington Peninsula Shire, climbing wall, crafts and art activities and BBQ.
We have been currently holding the event at St Andrews primary school but we hope to move it to Diamond Creek and Eltham as well.
It’s a great chance for young people to grab some friends and have some fun! All activities are free and a shuttle bus will be available to pick up and drop off young people from Strathewen and Arthurs Creek.
Be sure to keep an eye out for the Youth Carnival in the 2010 school holidays.
