Gay and Lesbian Switchboard
This is a free and confidential telephone-based counselling, information and referral service based in Melbourne. Counsellors are available from 6pm to 10pm daily, except for Wednesdays where counsellors are available from 2pm to 6pm. For more information phone 9827 8544.

Provides a safe space for same sex attracted youth in Melbourne to meet new people and have fun, whilst providing a safe way to explore the gay 'scene' in a drug and alcohol free environment.
PFLAG Victoria
Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) provides support and friendship to families, particularly parents and also to members of the GLBTI community who may need support in coming out to their family and friends.

Provides information about current social and support groups and project for same sex attracted youth.
